Pesto Genovese is made following the classic recipe of traditional Ligurian cuisine using rigorously chosen fresh products.

Genoese Basil D.O.P. (39% min.), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cheese Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet), walnuts, cheese Pecorino romano D.O.P. (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, salt, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
The product may contain other nuts and egg proteins.

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0° C and + 4° C and consume within 5 days.
