At the borders of the Ligurian east, in Castelnuovo Magra (SP), Italpesto has been producing the delicious Ligurian Pesto for over twenty years, meticulously executing the ancient recipe in addition to other regional specialties. Experience, craftsmanship, constant and continuous control of the production chain from field to table: here are the salient features of Italpesto which successfully interprets the gastronomic culture of Liguria. Basil, rigorously produced in the area, is dedicated to continuous research in order to optimize its cultivation and processing. It is thanks to these precautions that the freshness and goodness of our Pesto end up on the tables of many Italians.
